Leadership
A trailblazer in the e-invoicing space, Hans co-founded Tickstar, an e-invoicing infrastructure provider that was acquired by Xero in 2021. From 2017 to 2021, he took the reins as the elected leader of Peppol's eDelivery Community while also serving on its Managing Committee, steering the Peppol Network — a global standard for securely and compliantly transacting business documents — through a pivotal phase of transformation and expansion.
With an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering earned from both Luleå University in Sweden and Hamburg Technical University in Germany, Hans blends a robust technical foundation with a knack for driving innovation in the digital invoicing space.
Sören has held a string of high-profile roles within the Swedish Government, with his most recent stint at The Swedish National Financial Management Authority (Ekonomistyrningsverket). Widely regarded as a founding pillar of Peppol, he was instrumental in the Swedish Government's launch of the network's inaugural operational Access Point back in 2011.
He later took the helm of Peppol's Post-Award Community and contributed his expertise to its Managing Committee. In 2020, Sören joined Tickstar as a partner, playing a crucial part in orchestrating its successful acquisition by Xero.
Armed with an M.Sc. in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University in Sweden, Sören combines deep technical know-how and a talent that is shaping the future of digital infrastructure.
Bengt has carved out an impressive career in the software realm, steering the company Pagero from being a startup to a triumphant IPO in 2021, which was then followed by a high-profile buyout in 2024. Before taking the helm at Pagero, Bengt co-founded Industrial and Financial Systems Applications (IFS), where he served as CEO and Vice Chairman for over two decades, guiding the company until its acquisition by EQT in 2016.
Ola is the technical backbone of Arratech, bringing over two decades of deep experience in solution architecture, full-stack development, and UX innovation. As our CTO, he ensures that our software not only works flawlessly but is intuitive, secure, and scalable from day one.
Before Arratech, Ola architected EV charging platforms at EPSpot, built high-performance solutions for companies like ASSA ABLOY and Ericsson, and even founded a startup in the media space—proving his knack for turning ideas into real-world products.Whether it's Google Cloud or AWS, Swift or NodeJS, Ola's toolbox is vast and battle-tested. He's led award-winning IPTV projects, contributed to W3C web standards, and holds patents in UX and media technologies. With Ola at the helm, users can count on a rock-solid experience —whether you're deploying a Service Metadata Publisher, rolling out new access points, or integrating with national eDelivery systems.

A seasoned commercial leader with over two decades of experience in life science and commercial strategy, transforming innovation into scalable business success within regulated products.
Across his career, he has led international teams, launched FDA-approved diagnostic tests, and built lasting partnerships across pharma, biotech, and life science tools.
Today, as Chief Marketing Officer at Arratech, Hans brings his strategic vision to the RegTech and e-invoicing space. He is building the company’s commercial foundation, aligning marketing, CRM, and lead-generation initiatives to position Arratech at the forefront of global digital invoicing infrastructure.
Hans holds an MSc in Molecular Biology from the University of Copenhagen and is currently pursuing an MBA at the Swiss Business School. He is driven by a passion for bringing innovative solutions to market that advance both humanity and free trade.
Robin Anderson Boström has built a career spanning more than fifteen years in public law, focusing on public procurement and the digital transforma
Before joining Arratech, he worked at the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions and at the National Agency for Public Procurement, where he spearheaded the drafting of national guidance on e-procurement, contributed to European collaboration, and led major technical-legal projects.
As an expert in the European Commission’s expert group on eProcurement, Robin has been involved in advancing digital purchasing for the public sector across Europe. His career reflects a deep commitment to aligning legal and technical perspectives to create transparent, efficient, and future-proof systems.
At Arratech, he leads the company’s legal and governmental affairs, driving strategy and compliance in a rapidly evolving global digital landscape.
